Super loud & heavy (not metal but heavy nonetheless) spacey, noise psych & Thundering Rock from this long-running Rhode Island, duo. Pretty similar to Godheadsilo, Thrones, Slug (the LA one, not the MC), Floor, and sometimes even Unsane if they had a thing for doing weirdly structured tunes. In all, rather good if at times dragging on a bit long with the “jam” parts.
((((1)))) Big ass sound, wah-wah en masse, great tone and nice cymbal work.
(((2)))) Bassy as hell, pingy cymbals, nice groove and drums, all distorted and layers upon layers of wah-wah and buried, noisy vocals.
((((3)))) Fairly mellow intro then Doom-y and distorted with a vaguely catchy vocal line (still buried into the dirt but more audible than before). Goin’ apeshit on wah pedals & drums.
((4)) Walls of distortion, clangy near-techno drums, dunno what there onto here. C’mon less hippy/hipstershitser jam more heavy rawk action, duders!
(((5))) Annoying distorted voices, drum fuckery. Hash: it’s not for everyone.
(((6))) Tight & thick riffs, odd electric-psych-country(!) jam than should be crushed more often by the main riff.
((7)) Experimental guitar noodling. Filler track.
((((8)))) Gnarly shouted distorto walls of noise rawk & repetition.
((((9)))) Long & bassy track with really tight drumming and “gone to planet weirdo” vocals. Some great & really heavy stop/start riffs similar to GodheadSilo.
