A1) Straight-forward rock and roll number with ringing guitars and a bit of a stop-start structure. Rough "I've seen it all vocals" a la Robert Pollard. Very accessible and charming.
A2) A bouncy pop song with a slow dramatic intro courtesy of deep basslines and staccato drumbeats. Lots of interplay between male and female vocals keeps it interesting. At about 1:50 the song breaks down into a sweet introspective ballad.
B1) Harder rock with crunchier guitars and a more lo-fi basement recorded feel. A somewhat simple song structure. The new Guided By Voices single?
B2) Super-upbeat pop punk: chanting, background female Kim Deal crooning, loud, dense guitars. A somewhat goofy synth line keeps everything from getting too serious.
