Sissy Spacek is an outstanding "Concrete / Electroacoustic / Grindcore" band out of Los Angeles, and exactly what you should be playing on late night radio (ideal for 3-6 but 12-3 will do). Static, distortion, metal grinding against metal, electronic sound effects, drums banging without any sort of rhythm, crackling, crunching, post-apocalyptic, fantastic.

*1 (15:30) Refrigerators and animatronic toys becoming self aware, satellite transmissions to no one in particular. Loud, horrible insect noises, car crashes, switches from left speaker to right speaker.
2 (4:22) Quieter piece, something sinister is being plotted here by human villains in an inhuman world
*3 (14:04) Loud loud loud air conditioning vents invaded by robotic preying mantises. $20 mid-90s CD/tape/AM/FM boomboxes with broken radio antennas working hard to produce some kind of sound. Big patches of silence throughout.
4 (2:45) Electronic fiddling, loud outer space transmissions
5 (9:26) Aliens arriving but no humans left
6 (4:04) Conclusion to the apocalypse; aliens leave. Way loud near the end.
