Angel Simitchiev is back under his Mytrip guise, with more tracks to give you the deepest, darkest of nightmares. Experimental bleak joy with a touch of industrial richness. This is setting the bar scarily high & never disappoints. Yet another quality release from within this genre.

Similar to: Coàgul, Jochan Arbeit & Huan, Deison & Mingle, (early) Laibach / Death in June / Clair Obscur
Loving them all. Perfect late night radio, although just as good at any time of day.
No FCC’s (Instrumentals)

1) All Black (3.52) Slow creeping menace of an opener.
2) Fibre Mask (9.21) Gnawing clawing atmospherics.
3) Dust (3.08) Lighter, with a throbbing energy – Has a ‘Danse Society’ quality.
4) Lustre (10.42) Keeps with that repetitive jangly drone feel. Pace picks up half way & never lets up. Relentless & wonderful.
5) Adaptive (4.38) Quieter tones that rumble along, has a slight liturgical element in the background.
6) Soft / Outer (6.10) An exhilarating whirr that changes tempo, while remaining constant.
7) Lustre (Ivan Shopov Remix) (9.34) While I prefer the fluid nature of the first version, this has some interesting dub aspects to it.
8) Soft / Outer (Evitceles Remix) Comes with added vocal manipulations & a more intense experience.
9) Adaptive (Conjecture Remix) Louder with a meatier industrial pulse. Maybe the most accessible.
