Album Review

Really pretty psyche-inflected indie pop. Lots of good guitar tones, understated vocals, mostly female. RIYL Beach House, Galaxie 500, Mazzy Star. Borderline FCC in 3, start with 5, 9. —Andy

1 - (3:12) light, upbeat, breezy indie pop, nice psychey guitar wash
*2 - (4:40) mellow with quiet vox and Galaxie 500 clean guitar sound
3 - (2:30) FCC?-"dick" slow-stomping, jagged and disparate guitar parts
*4 - (2:21) bright, guitar-centric instrumental
**5 - (3:24) organ-heavy, colorful and lush pop
*6 - (3:00) almost swampily full, bright sound, upbeat
7 - (6:27) dark and sparse with languid female vox a la Anna Calvi; abrupt end
8 - (3:10) lazy, stumbling intro into fast, punching indie rock
**9 - (2:44) powerfully simple slowed-down sing-along
*10 - (4:07) midtempo, driving, melodic indie rock, nicely arranged
11 - (3:29) upbeat and very Beach House; prominent vocal line
