Smokin’ badass prog/fusion what you want to call it. Brings to mind all the greats: Weather Report, Zappa, Al Di Meola, with a dash of later King Crimson. All instrumental, features acoustic/electric guitars, keys, kitchen sink with drums just blazing fills in every direction. As near as I can tell every track blends into the next so you can play continuous for fun effect but with that in mind tracks may seem to end cold. Amazing stuff that reminds me how glad I am to have learned to love fusion/prog later in life (with the help of Miles Davis’ Bitches Brew) after being soiled in the 70’s by bad fern bar coke music.
1) (5:16) strange voices/samples here and there amidst otherwise smoking prog, guitar and drum heavy, mellow parts dominate
2) play continuous) (2:18) fast furious, guitar riffage heavy
3) (1:22) acoustic guitar mellows it a bit, blends into next easy
4) (4:05) some blocks/xyls bring to mind zappa, spastic
5) (1:41) mellower
6) (1:27) soaring Weather Report feel, smoking guitars
7) (1:53) a tad dissonant
8) (0:51) some cheesy late 70’s styled flute’isms
9) (2:55) some cool trippy effects, starts to get acid-drenched
10) (1:28) turns to the piano in front, technical and more chill
11) (2:47) heavier Zappa flavored with some vocal weirdness
12) (7:45) more of a chill flare, soaring guitar leads
13) (1:32) guitar and percussion
14) (2:08) synth-like guitar, al di meola love
15) (1:13) chill synth led
16) (7:37) pleasant and epic tone
17) (4:32) chill
