Those Lavender Whales play goofy folk-rock or light-rock songs, with childish lyrics. It’s kind of a cross between Bare Naked Ladies and Raffi. RIYL Burl Ives children’s songs, Puff the Magic Dragon, etc. but with a weird sense of humor. Instrumentation includes accordion, banjo, strings, and electronic sounds. This is silly and fun.

1 First 30 seconds is an electric buzz, followed by a very silly song. (1:38)
2 * Mid-tempo. Very upbeat & fun. Children’s song lyric, folky instrumentation. (2:28)
3 * Mid-tempo. Two good male voices. Good electric guitar and organ. (2:34)
4 Mid-tempo. Gentle banjo, hard elec guitar, sleigh bells, Beach Boys-y harmony. (2:34)
