DJ Format is a veteran DJ/Producer from jolly ol’ England. Format has assembled 14 Tracks that traverse musical universe. Production is super tight with crisp snares & loud kick drums - which drive many of the the tracks. Heavy psyche-organ, downtempo beats & Wah Wah guitars are re-occurring themes in the remaining tracks. The majority of the album is uptempo Breakbeat style instrumentals with rhyme assistance on a few tracks from veteran MC’s Edan, Mr. Lif, Phil Most Chill & Sureshot La Rock. You don’t have to break out the cardboard to give it a spin, you only have to break out of your comfort zone and press PLAY!
