(CLEAN) 14. Yancey Boys - The Throwaway f. Frank Nitt - Yancey Media Group:
This track is energetic and packs a bunch of flavor. Illa J rocks a filtered soulful sample over some nice classic breakbeat drums. The flows on this are nice and just keep on going. You wonder when these cats are going to take a breath. The hook is also is energetic and playful bringing back where they redo “here they come…’’ from “Black Sheep’s” “The Choice Is Yours” Solid vibes. – M-SMOOTH

Illa J is blunt about his legacy: "J Dilla's my brother and that's the reason I'm famous". But surprisingly he holds his own over his brother's production, which combines a filtered soul loop over a classic drum break. Nice playful on this track a la Black Sheep, and Frank Nitt's verse feature doesn't disappoint either.
