Artist: Sex Church // Album: Somnambulist
Apparently known for being a deathrock band from Canada. This sounds nothing like deathrock. Plays noisey droney echoey jangly rock. This is pretty accessible for "noise rock" and all the songs are nice. I recommend A1 for screamies and B1 for a good downer atmospheric jam.
Side A
A1 >> Noise rock with screamy vox. Expansive sound like played in a warehouse. Some psychedelic noises in the middle.
A2 Clean vocals, less aggressive, kind of 80s garage rock feel. Tastefully noisy guitars on top.
Side B
B1 >> Slowly grinds along. Echoey clean male vox. Sax noises. Kinda reminds me of Flipper, but a little less angry. Nice depressing droney jam.
