Till Kruger is yet another in a long line of great German techno/electronica producers who put together great beats with richly layered synths, flavored with 80s electro. The original version is "Motor City" (#5), a dramatic and techy psychedelic deep track, and there are 4 remixes named after various models of legendary Roland drum machine products from the 80s (the 909, 808, and 707). I think the strongest remixes are "707" (#3) and "808" (#1), but try any of them for fun.
1. 808 Brain mix (6:30) - Brainy and trippy tech-house. The first half of the track warms you up with some deep-house beats, the 2nd half features an insistent and tweaked-out synth loop that trips you out.
2. 909 Ecstasy Mix (7:08) - Progressive epic big-room sounds. Big synth chords and a rolling bassline, buzzy electro buildups. Strong 80s feel here.
3. 707 In Love Mix (7:42) - Charming electro pop house groove that has a great disco bassline. Melodically well-layered synths, very catchy.
4. 909 Rave Mix (6:53) - Starts a bit techy, then big huge multi-layered synth buildups. The deep thumping bass-beats are really good here.
5. Original Mix (4:45) - Starts a bit sinister and minimalistic, and when the synth loops kick in the track begins its psychedelic synth-driven portion in which the 4 other remixes are derived from.
