Boy-Girl duo playing some kind of indie pop with an old school bubblegum pop infusion. Also elements of electronics and synthesizers. Vocals aren’t my cup of tea but the music is super happy if that’s what you’re looking for. They like to start their songs with off-beat hooks/intros and end with a guitar solo/instrumental. Track 6 is a standout track, a little edgier than the rest of the album.
.(5:20) Starts off with some weird but cool noises for an interesting intro. Pretty cool guitar instrumental during middle to end to song.
.(4:05) Very happy bubblegum pop sound.
.(3:10) Very electronic sound mixed in with their usual flavor. Parts of the song reminded me of being at a carnival.
.(2:12) Sounds like a song you might hear on the Muppets or Sesame Street. Reminds me of “Say a Little Prayer.”
.(2:28) Happy song about believing in sunshine every day.
.*(5:28) Starts off sounding like you’re starting a new level of some vintage video game like Tron. Then the music kicks in and it’s pretty awesome. My favorite track of the album.
