ROCK/FUNK/JAM. Musical gold from 'Nawlins, with a bit of jam band/alt rock feel. Great choruses, funky and beautiful horn licks, very tight drumming. Strong male lead vocalist David Shaw (haha). I love it all. Disc 2 is all live, all loud, all great jams. RIYL Dave Matthews, Dr. John, TV on the Radio?

1.****(3:13) Med. Pretty guitar and sax melodies. Swaying beat.
2.****(4:10) Med. Funkier, grittier. Minor key. Hip-hop drum beat?
3.****(4:22) Slow. Great songwriting, slow-groove funky jamming.
4.minor FCC(Goddamn)***(4:07) Med. Soft intro. Drums come in 1:20.
5.***(3:57) Faster. Poppy. Optimistic lyrics.
6.****(5:12) Faster, upbeat, driving. Intense chorus.
7.*****(3:39) Synth, great chorus. Dynamic. So damn good.
8.*****(4:59) Kinda delayed intro. Really catchy. Really rich arrangement.
