Terrific new straight bluegrass release from bluegrass gospel band Mountain
Faith. Really fine contemporary bluegrass with 5 original songs by vocalist
Summer McMahan.
1 – (2:28) Feelin’ Blue* Sweet mid-tempo tune about resolve, fine.
2 – (3:12) My Heart Skips A Beat* Terrific cover of Buck Owens song!
3 – (3:15) Each Passing Day* Wonderful love ballad, excellent.
4 – (3:01) City Lights* Another lovely vocal duet, newgrassy sound.
5 – (2:30) If You Are Ever Down In Dallas* Summer belts out a weeper, fine.
6 – (3:08) Long As The River Runs Good duet vocals, decent.
7 – (3:30) Never Out Of His Mind* Fine ¾ time spiritual.
8 – (3:08) Madam* Driving modal tune, fine playing, haunting vocals.
9 – (2:44) Long Lonesome Road* Really fine, mid-tempo, awesome vocals!
