Really cool sample mash songs, very trippy but accessible, song like,
like Beck on way too much acid, Pepe Deluxe on just the right amount.
Songs don't blend into each other but they most certainly blend
together as one tripped out mess. Fantastic. But wait: there's more!
As the cd progresses "songs" appear, still trippy but sung, in an
Eno-Syd Barrett manner, coolness.
1) (0:40) brief looped tones 2)* (2:14) mid paced simple turns
downtempo 3)* (2:12) slow strange and downtempo, ends with old
television sample 4)* (4:23) ride cymbal looped sample beat trippy,
Eno'sque vocals 5) (0:39) brief looped madness. 6) (2:05) pink Floyd-
Eno piano song, singing, as in a real song, but still acidated. 7)*
(3:44) lovely mellow washed in beautiful echo 8) (3:38) freaky song
with big drum samples, devolves into sample madness 9) (2:19) aha!
Obvious Barrett reference ("I've got a bike you can ride it if you
like"), slow simple guitar, plodding tambourine "song" 10)* (3:20)
chiming lovely loops, big cool bass and beat and slow phrased vocs,
this is the shit 11) (1:00) brief dense ambience 12)* (1:31) low fi
industrial looped noise, nice 13)* (3:15) slow plod with Eno sustain
guitar melodies 14) (1:26) pleasant feel simple melodies w dreamy
trippy synth
