– General Description:
“Live at the Chapel” is true ambient music with no jagged edges or harshness. Pulse Emitter is the musical project of Daryl Groetsch of Portland, Oregon who has released albums since 2004 while touring Europe and North America. “Live at the Chapel” is a recording of a live performance using synthesizers, global acoustic instruments, field recordings, and some noises from his albums. It was recorded at the Chapel Performance Space at Good Shepherd Center in Seattle, Washington.
Groetsch’s melodic synthesizer music results in a sense of calm that can be spiritually transportive. Sounds of jungle atmosphere enter at 16:50 and were recorded by Matt Brislawn in Belize.
– FCC Compliant: YES
– Track Reviews: one gorgeous track
