These two tracks are absolutely glorious – A journey into all that is good about experimental music. Truly experimenting with styles & traditional sounds. Waves of droney hypnotic pleasures mixed in with a Hindustani Raga backbone. A fusion between East, West & the entire galaxy. Both tracks can be faded out if time is against you - Around 9.45 for track 1 & 10.20 for track 2
Like: Terry Riley, B. Ashra –sped up, La Monte Young
Play them both, equally splendid.
No FCC’s
1) Mishra Bhairavi (18.24) A meditative droney hum – synths wash in & out while the light chanting keeps everything together. Spacey sounds to conclude with an extra long delicate fade.
2)Clouds Into The Midnight (20.25) Wow….Spellbinding sounds. Deeply relaxing & fraught at the same time. Stunning. Again, goes that extra spacey mile towards the end. A mantra made in heaven.
