Review: After a ten year wait, The Manhattan Transfer comes out swinging with this album & takes no prisoners. It is dedicated with love to the founder of the group, Tim Hauser who passed away. This album is a testament to the talent and determination of the group to continue on after losing their beloved friend and associate.. From the opening track to the final song, the group, with new member Trist Curless, does not disappoint.

Track Review (favorites denoted by *):
*1/ Cantaloop (Flip Out!) (4:43) – vocal start, slow & soft> music jumps into grooving midtempo scat & song> cascading piano solo> midtempo song> vocally mimed trumpet solo> slow fade
*2/ Swing Balboa (Down On Riverside) (3:12) - electronic funk uptempo beat starts> scat & song> electronic funk break> uptempo swinging song> quick stop
3/ The Man Who Sailed Around His Soul (3:49) – piano/drums start hesitatingly> slow song swings to midtempo> full chorus swings out> fade
4/ Blues For Harry Bosch (4:25) – bass starts> spoken word over electronics> midtempo song with intriguing backing vocals> trumpet solo> vocal interplay with band & spoken word interjected> trumpet solo> slow fade
*5/ Shake Ya Boogie (Galactic Vocal Version) (4:24) – percussion starts> swinging uptempo song with chorus & disco beat> slow fade
