Bardo Pond, Bevis Frond, Jimi Hendrix jamming late night at Electric Ladyland. Stoney guitar laden, led long form psych jam rock, all instrumental. Sounds recorded live to 2-track. Great stuff from prolific Australian artist who is becoming a KZSU stalwart. Lots of fuzz in the guitar, some songs based on a good stoner rock riff, but the mellow soaring psych keeps this out of that bin.
1)* (8:57) slow mindful jam 2) (7:34) more of a chill tone 3) (8:44) super epic stoney riff based jam 4) (7:10) nice guitar work in beginning, more of a guitar composition with less fuzz box reliance 5) (5:59) another one with “prettier” guitar work 6) (10:02) epic bluesy guitar leads and string bends 7) (5:59) another “pretty” one in the guitar, chiming and echoey, hypnotic, no drums, just solo guitar 8) (6:41) starts with a simple rock drum beat, then another great jam
