I’m ashamed that it took me so long to review this album, because it is (and I knew it would be) TOP NOTCH: a great, diverse collection of true grassroots acoustic music. And, it starts off with one of my favorites bu Australian guitar legend, Tommy Emmanuel. But it’s ALL GOOD.PLAY IT!!!
*1.med- Guitar instrumental from one of the greatest guitar players alive
*2. med - Banjo Mouse- a fun hip-hop Bluegrass rap (accompaniment for a kid’s book)
*3. slow/med - nice folk, singer/songwriter style
4. med - fun ditty about the end of the world
*5. slow/med - European Bluegrass band that cowboy yodels
6. slow/med - nice country rock vibe
*7. Slow - gentle singer/songwriter style
8. slow/med - singer/songwriter style off a great album from Rick Lang (also at KZSU)
9. slow/med - familiar sounding voice sings singer songwriter style Americana
*10. med - pure Appalachian Americana
11. med - rockabilly tune
*12. Slow - folk song with gentle female voices
*13. slow/med - nice guitar in singer/songwriter tune
*14. slow/med - Othello as seen through eyes of OJ and Nicole Brown Simpson
