The no-wave punk rock group, Special Interest, is based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Their music, seemingly genre-less, is described as angry, sexy, and riotous. Spiraling listens a bit like a mosh-pit party anthem from start to finish. Experimental, electronic, punk rock, dissonant, nihilistic influences.

3. *FCC - Fluid (Bound 2) (2:19) – 80s-like guitar build up, electronic sound that is like the inside of a bee-hive, talking turning into screaming-singing, percussive cymbal under-tone, fade out
4. Art Walk (02:17) – electronic bongo, prominent percussion, soft singing (comparative to the rest of the album), strong background guitar leads the song, fade out into laughing
5. *FCC - Disco (3:07) – low-fi start, drums and cymbals joined by guitar, lyrics about social rejection and partying, fun feel – danceable
6. Nerve (1:59) – videogame sound, 80s background beats, electronic-y, self-deprecating lyrics, a bit disappointed that it was short
