Review: This isn’t your father’s organ jazz trio. The Saft Trio is pushing through on a new path—breezy and freewheeling at times, reverential and church organ-like at others, and even psychedelic, and plugging into Hammond and Whitehall organs and an electric Baldwin harpsichord.
