Review: Local 78-year-old vocalist says she’s always had an affinity for romantic songs. Stallings’ appreciation for these romantic messages is clear to listeners. Her enunciation is crisp and her delivery is meaningful, with each word getting its moment to shine. The love Stallings sings of isn’t restricted solely to romance.
