Review: Vocalist Moy Eng teams with Wayne Wallace, who contributes a bit of trombone, all the arrangements and all of the music for Ms. Eng’s lyrics. Eng has a rich and soulful tone to her voice, and she leads a core team of musicians enhanced by a collection of guests for a wide range of sounds and moods.
