Frosty indie rock. Quiet & intimate setting with male & female singer, and an orchestra of acoustic/electric guitars, string bass, violin, wurlitzer, melodica, piano, percussion. Album flows from song to song – is this one whole take or great editing? Feels blue more often than not. Mazzy Star, PJ Harvey. -nari

I included a mood index encoded in smileys. Do not fear the frowns.

:( 1. cool swishy male/female duet, light drums, quiet guitar twinkling, sinuous strings/violin
:( 2. kind of an oddly avant-sounding instrumental; earthy acoustic guitar, strings, shrieking violin
:) 3. mellow violin/cello, acoustic guitar, hopeful, F vocals
:) 4. shuffling brushed symbols, muted electric guitar, bittersweet M vocals, "sailing on" theme
:) 5. peppier; big guitar strums, big drums, bright M/F vocals
:) 6. pretty & sentimental; M vocals, folky acoustic guitar
:( 7. mas mysteriouso. string trio and evil penderecki-esque texture washes
:( 8. riders-on-the-storm-style keyboard, dark themes, F vocals
:( 9. big strummed chords with a twinge of remorse, M vocals
:( 10. moody, ornamented singing, rain drop electric guitar, very pretty - at 5:40 goes minimalist, just vibes? and 3 notes; yum.
