Free jazz featuring piano, violin, trumpet. Great soloists here -- Herb Robertson is madly agile on trumpet; Marc Feldman does his trademark melodic slashing on violin. Stevens, on piano, plays the calm anchor role, adding atmospheric splashes as background, and some nice solos himself. The slower tracks are rich and engaging.
