Energetic free-jazz quintet led by Faruq Z. Bey's fluid sax and the cool vibes of the Northwoods Improvisers. Good composition-based session with an ear for the jazz tradition.
1- Solemn, w/spoken word.
2*- Fast rolling beat. Great flute solo by Mike Carey
3- Slow, reverent
4- Driving midtempo jam
5*- Cool slinky theme w/vibes & flute, midtempo
6*- Fast crashing flow, after crackly vibes intro
7- Peaceful shaman flutes, mystical
