starflyer 59 - old

so apparently, tooth & nail is a christian label. perhaps you knew this already but i certainly didn't, given my lack of knowledge about that genre. but aside from the label, you really can't pin this as christian rock. at times brit-pop and at times reminiscent of shoe-gazer, all tracks are catchy and decent. try #2, #4, #5, #7

1 - pretty standard rock number.
2 - catchy, with a bit of drone to make it interesting
3 - cool fuzzy guitars
4 - earnest vocals in the spotlight here. quite endearing. reminds me a little of belle and sebastien.
5 - darker with some funny effects in the background. intriguing.
6 - fun and upbeat.
7 - starts like a music box, then comes the piano and vocals. pretty and sad.
8 - cute and fun
9 - dramatic
10 - ends with some mumbly talking
