Guitar-led trio, very jazzy sound overall but packed with lots of twisty avant-jazz ideas. Joe Fonda on bass and George Schuller on drums. Good stuff.
2- Pensive and surprisingly "up," given it was inspired by Tienanmen Square. Fairly fast tempos.
3- Short fast improv
4- Grumpy quasi-metal theme, into relaxed soloing
5- Spacey and sparse
6- Odd-time shuffle, mid/fast
8- Cool jazz feel
9- Quick and stumbling
10- Relaxed, faux-Spanish feel
11- Short exercise in fast blurry chords
