landing - passages through
PLAY THIS!! many beautiful elements are being combined in this album: lots of shimmering guitars, sweet and pretty vocals, layers piled on top of one another. the whole album has a mildly sad and brooding feel - great for this cold and rainy winter. i love this - play any track.
!!! 1 - (9:00) shimmery and pretty. most of the track is instrumental.
!! 2 - (3:22) 4s's - slow, short, sweet, simple. male vocals and repetitive lyrics.
!!! 3 - (4:56) whispery vocals and strummy guitars. i like how the vocals sound more like an instrument because i can't decipher what's being sung.
!! 4 - (3:17) a lot like #2.
!!! 5 - (5:40) this one has a gentle beat and pretty guitars as well as sweet male vocals. ends with minimal bleepiness and flows right into #6.
!!! 6 - (3:46) can a track be depressing, cute, and beautiful at the same time?? yes.
!! 7 - (14:06) wandering and minimal. a bit more abstract than the rest. flows right into #8.
!!! 8 - (3:28) full-sounding track with harmonizing vocals. pretty.
