“New Traditional Music from Tuscany,” that about sums it up. Folksy, well-played (and sung) and good. Updated arrangements of traditional work, protest, and other folk tunes. The following are worthy of special note:
1. A catchy, bright little tune w/ an almost Cajun feel. 4:44
3. Midtempo instrumental, melodic, good arrangement. 1:55
4. Sad & lovely w/guitar/violin/vocals. Brass band at end. 7:38
5. Great a capella counting song, midtempo & well sung. .3:27
7. Slow & lyrical song about women’s life. Nice vocals. 4:40
8-11. A pastoral suite that should be played together. 6:52 total.
12. Fast & bright w/nice choral work. 4:47
14. Happy list song w/a catchy, almost polka feel. 6:12
16: Uptempo narrative w/vocals, strings/perc. Nice. 5:14
