Dark, soulful indie rock. Heavy beats and layered instrumentation are mixed with two introspective, completely distinctive vocalists who harmonize in strange and eerily moving ways. The highlight is definitely the vocal powers on display, but the beats manage to remain engaging and excellently complementary. If you heard their debut EP, this is similar, but with a much grittier and fleshed sound. It’s not quite rock, not quite soul, not quite hip hop, what is it?
