Traditional Irish music for voice, fiddle, flute, bodhran, accordion, banjo & bouzouki. Reels, jigs, hornpipes and various other dances. A solid, well-played collection of Celtic tunes.
1. Mid-tempo love song in Gaelic. Sweet & warm.
2. Nicely played set of two hornpipes.
*3. Bright & happy reels w/wonderful blend of strings/flute.
*4. Spare beginning, grows into a melodic & intricate melody. Nice.
*5. Set of reels that progress is tempo & energy.
6. Bright, bouncy folk song in Gaelic. Kind of catchy.
7. Fluid set of fling/jig/reel with a nicely harmonic & catchy feeling.
*8. Toe-tapping barndance that picks up speed/energy.
9. Typically well-played set of reels.
10. Sad, slow, lovely air with an old-fashioned sense of nostalgia.
11. Three jigs w/some nice flourishes from flute/strings.
12. Relaxed and mellow song about a pipe (the smoking kind).
*13. A march and 2 reels that grown in intensity. Fun.
14. Nice set of jigs w/a warm melodic quality.
