Preening, strutting party rock. Nice drum fills, synths judiciously applied, a confident vocalist, wailing siren guitars, and pretty good songs to build all this on. Mostly midtempo songs conforming to the formula here but some exceptions are:
4. Could be little brother of X-Ray Spex, what with self-conscious title, crazy sax honks, and just a smidgen of synth over a fast pounding rhythm
7. and 8.Slightly naughty lyrics to upset the FCC
9. Very naughty lyrics about a naughty party; funny sax squawk
11. I was hoping that the Add N To X-ish analog synth from the start would play more of a starring role; objectionable lyrics
