Live(?) electronic & electro-acoustic music from Athens GA café
1.Sounds improvised or semi-improvised, separate tonal lines that sound random but they sorta go together. Like a few people messing around
2.”futurism, futurists” banter, lightly manipulated m&f voice
+3.nice syncopated buzzing, slow and measured tune, dream pop singing.
Bill Nelsonish but more industrial.
4. boring banter about a sign that says “moose”
+5.big ballad synth intro, then brit talking over synth loop, THEN it gets FUNKY in a stripped down amateur way.
6.indistinct talking, cool lounge background music
7.boy with beatbox and 4 track discovers ring modulation
8.another throw-away people chatting track
+9.old school noise, no rhythm, quiet wind, tiny decaying vox, shortwave radio gradually layers on top, then pretty space music
10.I like this vocal interlude because the backing music’s like Phillip Glass
11.plays with vocal granules over midi rhythm skeleton. Minimal, too long.
12.three chatters overlaid, spacy backing
13.sparse sound snippets, builds, abstract improve, intruiging
+14.pretty minor key acoustic guitars get cut up. Minimal, almost a beat in the end.
