Revival of 70s jazz/rock group in the vein of
Soft Machine/early King Crimson/Henry Cow/
Manring Kassin & Darter is as much jazz as rock.
2 of Sun Ra's Arkestra join them, and they
get progressive and brassy. Fresh!
1) Bolero-like background to woodwind chords
w/organ section
2) energetic tasteful freakout over progressive beats
3)* funky brass like early King Crimson
4) smooth, forgettable
5)* fine melodic sax over simple rising backing
6) saxes over jazzy beat/beauty strings/flute jazz
7)** funky Peter Gunn/into netherworld of bush/jazz/
Russian monolog/driving jazz
8)* string minor chamber/bitchin discord/tonal strangeness
9)* fast space/saxes blast/bass-organ duet
