Album Review
Your Imaginary Friend
Reviewed 2005-05-18
Local heavy dark doomy rock. Creative and interesting blend of spoken word to screamo vocals, electronic drums to pounding live kits, dark gloomy sparseness to heavy intense layers, guitars to tasteful use of synths. Not your average stuff by any means. Really great.

1) mopey downtrodden spoken word dischordant emo w/ drum machine
2) louder changes, turns drop bass and screamo intense near-metal
3) scream doomy and dark, very slow to starty, then tribal pounding begins
4) dark and screamo to start, intense
5) heavy and dark w/ near noodly mathy riffing, EPIC – ends after ~5 min then they fill out the remainder of the CD w/ lush looping dark ambient synth layers, hypnotic serene and beautiful
