A Paris-cafe sound with violin and accordion. The overall theme is Latin/Spanish, though, with the centerpiece being track 6 (the piece Miles Davis' "Sketches of Spain" was built around). Nash is the saxophonist here, but he's often upstaged by the flashy violin. As far as the Latin side goes, there's a melodramatic Tango feel to many tracks (think '50s lounge, not Afro-Cuban).
- Classic track, in tango form. Mid/fast and light, fun.
- Slowish
- Fast, almost Klezmer-esque. A bit cornball/circusy. Slow start.
- Slow; turns into a fast romp
- Upbeat, with jittery accordion
- Slow, swaying. Classical sounding violin lines.
- Perky, bubbly. Comically overdramatic. NOT the Aerosmith song.
