Steel Pulse: Earth Crisis (Reissue from 1984:

Fun rock-steady reggae and some dub, thick and layered
sounds. For a group that for med in the mid 70’s they
have proven through many albums and tours that their
uplifting and energizing form of reggae and dub music
has a classic sound. The vocals are stunning with
smooth harmonies that blend with the layered
instrumentation. Fun melodies and instrumentation
light up this album, which lifts you up to mellow you
out. The guitar melodies are mostly syncopated, but
they break into different uplifting melodies
especially in the dub versions of songs and also tks4
and 6. Speaking of dub, the synth keyboard sounds run
throughout the album so, you can trip out for awhile,
yay! Pretty much like the original with some added dub
bonus tracks. FCC Clean.
