Whimsical Glam Rock/Musical. Eclectic Americana good time music with vaudeville qualities. A first release for an Austin-based band of accomplished musicians with some songs (otra vez), which has already become hits, at least in Texas. A basic arrangement of guitar/bass/piano/sax/drums/good singing. Think David Bowie, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Vagabond Opera, Lots of fun. No FCCs.
1. A short intro. Theatrical sax, piano, bass, vox… Showtime.
2. Good time in Reno. Sort of Zydeco /Americana vaudville music.
*3. Ska/Rock’n’Roll with Disco touches, about drinking and partying.
**4. A funny Glam Rock song. Slow sad piano opening to a fast happy song about how “daddy loved you more”.
5. A vaudeville song about “two girls are better than one”. Piano, vox and sax.
**6. Live-performance -style Glam Rock. Cool bass and passionate speech opening about all the junkies and losers. Catchy chorus – we love you all.
7. A Musical kind of song about money in music.
8. An early-Bowie-like, acoustic-guitar-accompanied-to-a-catchy-chorus ballad about loving the limelight.
*9. Cool dreamy/loungy keyboards opening to a vaudeville ballad about show business.
