The mother of all noise rock, this is some sick shit. Out of tune guitars, distorted everything, wailing “vocs”, pounding drums, crazy shit. Like 1983 Sonic Youth being ass-raped by 1982 Swans as recorded by the condenser mics on a 1981 “ghetto blaster”. If you think Pink and Brown, Caroliner Rainbow, Comets on Fire are noisey, then you are in for a bare bottom spanking. Pure spackled sonic irreverence.
1) pounding noise rock, levels pegged, high pitched silly vocs
2) dissonant, halting, loopy crazy shit
3) slightly more swaggering, less vocs
4) a couple charming false starts, this one pounds enough and takes on something melodic that might appeal to Lightning Bolt, Hella fans for sure, devolves nicely
5) starts with an actual guitar riff, then implodes nicely
6) guitar riffage starts, and this falls into the insane asylum reeeeaaaaal quick
7) insane bashing out
8) brief: slower, almost mathy, plodding
