A nice mix of adventurous and instrumental prog, Rock In Opposition, jazz, soundtracks and chamber music. Every track has something interesting to offer.
((((1)))) Percussive, bassy, ambient and spacey.
(((((2))))) Slow thudding piano, definitely feels like something off an Italian “giallo” soundtrack by Morricone mixed with a thick layer of proggy keyboards and bass.
((((3)))) Solo piano into, thick semi-heavy prog with a number of unpredictable time changes. Very nice.
((((4)))) Minimal and sparse noodling. Eventually builds to a horror-soundtrack vibe with a melodica solo thrown in.
(((((5))))) Upbeat and flowing jazz number. Lots of good interplay with drums, bass and cello.
(((((6)))) Epic piece that builds into a killer jazz/prog/ambient workout with every musician playing a different solo/breakdown part then back to a more structured sound.
