Very energetic, hard rockin’ post-hardcore. This album has been hyped yet it’s pretty much worth it. It doesn’t let up from tearing it up. Tons of songs that get right to the point and hardly ever waste ltime with getting boring or sucking. A nice mix of Refused-styled directness and Black Cross/Paint It Black/Amen styled loud guitar & passionate vocals.
((((1)))) Uppity and straight-forward neo-punk(?!)
(((2))) Decent anthem but a little cheesy with the gang vocals. (Leave that to NYHC hardcore and bad-ass thrash metal bands)
(((3))) Rides a little too close to 80’s cock-rock with the excessive pinch harmonics but otherwise a fine loud n’ proud rocker.
((((4)))) Pretty slammin’ modern hard rockish action. If this is what “the kids” are into they they picked a winner.
(((5)))) Motorhead guitar gonzo with more “cheerleading”/gang chorus. Hey, at least they’re inspired.
(((6))) Refused by way of Black Cross/Paint It Black.
((((7)))) Tight, no frills hard rawk with some interesting guitar parts.
((((8)))) Nice melodic anthem with a lotta spirit.
(((9))) A little too similar to #2 & #5 but still pretty fun.
(((10))) Decent zig-zaggy riffs, some odd cross between old 90’s bands like Tar and modern sounds like Paint It Black.
(((11))) Confused, jagged structure but still has enough varation in the overall piece to keep your attention.
