Bombastic, black-ish metal underscored with keyboards. Occassionally cheesy & overwrought but still has a fair amount of intensity to (sometimes) carry it through. Not too far from Emperor, Limbonic Art & some death metal influences from Morbid Angel & Deicide.
((1)) Yer standard metal intro
(((2))) Guitar wankery, spiraling riffs & a bunch of changes in speed & structure. Fairly standard but not bad.
((3)) Waaay too reliant on keyboards & melodramatic nonsense.
(4) Sounds of war & some other interlude crap.
(((5))) Bombastic speed & filled with some nice riffs.
((((6)))) Blackened death metal with tremelo riffs galore. And some slow “mystical parts” and high pitched hissing by a frilled lizard on the mic.
((7)) Starts like some avant/experimental electronics then mid-paced to fast B.M.
(8) Ultra-blasting drums and silly “symphonic” parts.
(9) A storm, some electronic chimes & a cheesy horror movie soundtrack vibe.
(((10))) Doomy to fast epeic black/death metal but falls kinda flat with too many twists & turns
