History At Our Disposal - Symbols in the Architecture

Indie rock with a dark/epic feel. Interesting sound combinations -- can be very earthy, acoustic guitar, piano, but at the same time lots of electronics and loud harsh drums. The spaziness and darkness make it feel a bit like Radiohead. Songs can revolve around awkward beats at times, whether this is good or bad really depends on your own preferences. Haven't really noticed any interesting lyrics, songs aren't very focused on lyrics.
FCC Clean

1. Dark piano. Whispers all around. Crashing drums. A bit of HTTT Radiohead -like voclas.
2. Faster. Two guitars. One long reverb strumming. One picking quickly. Distant voice. Very quiet. Loud shocking strums. Ends slowly.
3. No vocals. Slow, spread out drums and electronic beat. Mysterious feel. Fades to a close. Leads in nice to next song.
4. 1:33. Fast strumming guitar. Lo-fi muffled fast vocals. Vocals don't seem to fit the beat.
5. Emptier background than other songs. Minimal instruments sound like clock ticking. At 2:00 gets fuller, guitar strums... good for 50 sec... then returns to the emptiness.
6. Again no vocals. Somewhat interesting electronic beat. Much more mechanical feel than previous 5 songs. Visions of an assembly line.
7. Random noises. Multiple voices. Different directions. A bad dream.
*8. Quiet. Mysterious, minimalist electronic beat drives song... definite radiohead feel with the whine vocals and central electronic beat
*9. slow, boring beginning, strokes-esque guitar comes in 1:30... or maybe sounds like interpol. Some nice vocal variety... first time lyrics seem to be at the center of a song... momentum dies off with repetition though
10. dark guitar, electronic noises, no vocals
11. more of the same... dark guitar... sporadic vocals... last 45 sec interesting
12. an even more electronic beat than the others... just doesn't go anywhere... no vocals
13. More traditional guitar, vocal driven. Remorseful as opposed to just dark, mysterious like rest.
