YIKES- Who Comas or Blood Bomb (Kill Shaman)
Big, frantic, bombastic, noisy, sludgy fuzz rock with indecipherable male vocals in background. Not very melodic, but heavy as balls, and loud. Production makes Steve Albini-esque look like Giorgio Moroder. Heavy ass shit.
Recomended for those with Cojones.
1*- Huge, rippin fuzzy spaztik guitar sound with muffled guy singing as background and banging thumping tom percussion.
2- Darker, brooding intro, with drums and pulsing fuzzy guitar layer alternating to give a jagged tempo, and same type of yelping muffled vox in the background.
3- More driving, punkish fuzz and stompin drums. Chorus has quick guitar spasm with an ‘ooooo’ from the vocals. Ends with long screeching fuzz and banging.
4-Quicker drum beat with more dissonant fuzz, and howling vox. Chorus part has a good bang to it.
5*- Quick storm of guitars in it, uses vocals well with a decipherable ‘woooo’ here and there. Frantic. Makes me want to dive headfirst into a brick wall. In a good way.
6- 3 note fuzz progression, with howling vocals, and slower snare drumming, with twangy guitar sound. Slogs rather than races to the finish.
7- Pulsing fuzz sound, with endless layers of more fuzz added, plus crashing cymbals.
