Gorgeous 4-part Irish harmonies backed by a solid band. Currently making the rounds of PBS – a male answer to their popular “Celtic Women” shows. Perhaps a bit too commercial for Celtic music purists but their talent is undeniable.
1. Midtempo Irish ballad w/lots of emotion/drama.
*2. Downtempo and warm ballad. Really lovely melody.
3. Solo vox, slow story song about an Elvis-loving lass.
*4. Slow intro, then it picks up into a folk rock anthem type sound.
*5. Total toe-tapping ditty. A capella intro. Yee haw! So good.
6. Head-nodding perc becomes a midtempo celebration song.
7. Midtempo w/an acoustic Irish folk rock sound.
*8. Slow Gaelic ballad. Gorgeous.
*9. Another toe-tapper. Lots of la-la-la fun.
*10. Upbeat jig, instrumental. Nice showcase for the band.
*11. Slow & mournful w/great harmonies. A capella & moving.
12. Slow a capella intro, then a midtempo ode that gets orchestral.
13. Live track (w/applause) midtempo crowd favorite.
