An EP of poppy hairballs – a little sweet on the way down but you can’t really process them.
*** 1. Densely arranged upbeat pop song threatening to but never quite exploding
** 2. Psychedelic folk pop sprawl with pretty but restrained tune
** 3. Out pop with hazy echoes and repetitions, unexpected stabs at structure
** 4. Drop the pop, add some more arpeggio, fog, and echo, and you have the downer
closer here
