This compilation is an excellent representation of the highly influential "minimal-techno" or "micro-house" sound from Germany. It's all some flavor of minimal tech/house, some tracks are a bit more house-y and some are a bit more progressive. My preference is towards the house-y tracks; so try: 1,2,4,5,7,11.
1. soft swirly synths, mellow beat, nice & clean
2. a bit of a funky bassline w/ a soft little plinky melody
3. simple bassline w/ a couple of percussive effects
4. thumpy beat, pitched-up swirls & effects, cool
5. thumpy bassline w/ a catchy little fluttering synth effect
6. minimal segment alternating w/ a theatrical new-wave-y synth segment
7. slammin' beat and a pitched-up percussive effect
8. space-y sci-fi vibe here
9. a bit trancey here w/ the bass & synth melodies
10. also a bit progressive-trance with some dramatic synths
11. a bit dubby here w/ swirly synths
