Folkish and rootsy Latin-inspired rock, for fans of Calexico or acoustic Friends of Dean Martinez. Acoustic guitar, brass, and rich female vocals (lyrics in Spanish), combined to form meditative ballads, as well as more upbeat and folksy tracks, and even some more punkish pieces. Definite indie rock roots, but with a fresh Latin approach. No FCCs. Recommended tracks: 1, 5, 7.

1. Upbeat anthem-like song, with a melodic brass/vocal riff and some neat call and response towards the end. [3:26]
2. Beautiful ballad, haunting brass melody. Very atmospheric. [4:28]
3. Spanish-influenced guitar and soulful vocals, with some gorgeous harmonies. [2:23]
4. Upbeat percussion-driven song. Much more rock-like with some electric guitar and almost punky distorted vocals.
5. Melodic mid tempo track, with rootsy vocals. Nice simple guitar solo around 2:25, with reflective backing vocals. Generally a beautiful and passionate track. [3:15]
